How to Look for Answers to SAP SuccessFactors Issues

This video highlights all of the online resources I consult when I have a SuccessFactors issue or question. I cover help.sap.com, SAP launchpad (soon to be SAP for me), and the SuccessFactors Community.

SuccessFactors' (mostly) simple UI belies the fact that the functionality is massive. Just in Employee Central, there are so many "nooks and crannies" that it's impossible for anyone (especially me!) to keep all of its answers in my head. The trick is to know where to look.

Good catch!  Probably a good spot to reference for sure. Will be even better if SF Community and SAP ever merge.
