Is there a configuration guide for the latest applicant workbench?

Are there any KBA or an implementation guide that provides more details on the configuration of the latest applicant workbench?  How to add/delete statuses/filters, how to disable a link on the resume and document tab, how to disable the link to view details on the activity tab once the recruiter initiates onboarding as our recruiters do not have access to onboarding.   These are a few examples of items that I would like information on how to edit/add/delete, etc.

I did review a few KBA's but didn't find what i was looking for.

Any insight into the configuration would be greatly appreciated.

Tagging candidates is not yet supported with the redesigned applicant workbench. Please find more information about known limitations here: https://me.sap.com/notes/3369122/E

Hi, this chapter in the Recruiting Guide covers the setup and how-to-use instructions for the latest applicant workbench.

@i311049 I reviewed the recruiting guide per above but there is still one item that I cannot find in the guide on how to access - In the latest applicant workbench, when the recruiter initiates onboarding a pop up message is displayed that states: "You've initiated onbaording for this applicant. Once the process is complete, you will receive an email with the status update." Where is this email configuration as we do not have this in our legacy workbench? Thank you

Hi Kathleen, this is a hard-coded e-mail notification. You can find more information here: https://me.sap.com/notes/2859555/E

@i311049 Thank you for the SAP Note https://me.sap.com/notes/2859555/E but this only references Onboarding 1.0 as the environment. Is it the same for Onboarding 2.0?

@i311049I read the chapter in the recruiting guide and do not see this addressed. Do you know if we can tag candidates as a favorite they way we can in the legacy workbench? I don't see that as an option in the Latest Applicant Workbench.
